At Newbank Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If an item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify your reason for return.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit back to our centre.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, or bring it directly to our in-store customer service desk.
Receive Refund
Once our specialists have inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
