What are your delivery charges and timelines?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the items and your delivery postcode.
Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?
Yes, we offer a 12-month hardy plant guarantee. If a hardy plant fails to thrive despite proper care, we will provide a replacement or credit note.
Can I return non-plant items if I change my mind?
Absolutely. You can return garden furniture, tools, and accessories within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
